How can I order online?
What will happen after I place my order online?
You will receive a confirmation for your transaction immediately after you place your order online. This confirmation message will contain all of your order data and the link to your receipt.
If you chose to pay by credit / debit card, PayPal, or transferred the funds online during the order process, your order will be processed immediately. If your product is to be delivered to you electronically, it will be done immediately via download link. If you ordered a product on an Optical Disk to be shipped by mail or parcel service, it should be delivered to you approximately within 10 business days; but in addition you will also receive a download link, so you can start using the product almost immediately.
If you chose a different payment option, you will receive detailed information with your order confirmation that explains how to finalize the payment. In such cases, orders are processed once the payment has been received.
If you did not receive an order confirmation after you have submitted your order, please contact customer service.
Can I use my free e-mail address?
A free e-mail address is an e-mail address that is free of charge and is generally anonymous.
E-mail is our primary method of corresponding with you; most products are delivered via e-mail; and you receive your order confirmation and receipt via e-mail. So it is very important that the e-mail address you provide is working at all times and will not block any of our messages.
Thus, if your free e-mail address is reliable, you may certainly use it. On some occasions, though, orders placed online with a credit or debit card may not be accepted due to the usage of such a free e-mail address, in which case you will receive a message during the order process advising you to use a different e-mail address.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
We give the following Money-Back Guarantee:
We promise to refund the full amount for the purchase of the product (and any other related* products/services purchased together with it), in case you are not able to use certain advertised product feature(s) or functionality, where it is not a result of not following compatibility requirements of any sort (i.e. running the product on an unsupported or damaged Operating System, trying to use the product in a way it was not designed, etc.); providing you reported the problem within 30 days** of your purchase and our support team has failed to fix it within 2 weeks from the time the problem was reported even though all the necessary information directly related to the problem was provided by you to our support team.
In addition, before a refund can be is issued: the product must be uninstalled from all devices where it was installed, and properly deactivated on all devices where it was activated (in cases where activation was necessary to start using the product); downloadable setup removed from all storage media; and Optical Disc(s) destroyed in cases where product was physically delivered on an Optical Disc(s). This statement also applies to any additional free bonus product(s) that came with the main product (i.e. as part of a special offer).
*Related includes any complementary products or services (i.e. technical support, download protection, etc.), but it does not include distinct, non-complementary products or services that do not require the product for which refund is being asked.
**30 day period applies to all regular licenses. However, if a time-limited license of the product was purchased, then the time period is at most the duration of a license, but not longer than 30 days of your purchase.
I have ordered your product, but I did not receive an email confirmation message. What should I do?
It may take some time for an order confirmation e-mail to be delivered, though usually it takes a few minutes. If more than two hours have passed since you placed your order and you still did not get an order confirmation e-mail, then contact us with the information regarding your order (order no., date of order, product(s) ordered) and we will assist you.
